Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At NexRon, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless experience. While we maintain strict quality checks, we understand that issues can occasionally occur.

📦 Returns & Replacements (Within 7 days)

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective item
  • You received the wrong product

To initiate a request, please email us at support@thenexronworld.in within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

Our team will review your request and assist you promptly.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for approved return cases
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

🚫 Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor variations in color/design (due to screen differences)
  • Normal wear and tear

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted
  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging (if return is approved)
